Overview
Opsly is an order and operations management platform built to streamline daily business workflows—covering everything from orders and payments to customer insights. Designed to optimize internal operations, it enables teams to track real-time data, manage customer relationships, and automate transaction records.
Role
I led the end-to-end UX design process for Opsly—conducting user research, defining task flows, and creating an intuitive dashboard system. My role spanned wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate and improve the user experience.
Challenge
Retail and D2C businesses often struggle with fragmented systems—managing orders, payments, and customers across multiple tools. This creates inefficiencies, data silos, and operational blind spots. The challenge was to build a centralized, easy-to-navigate platform that brings everything into one unified experience without complicating workflows.
Solution
Opsly offers an integrated dashboard with powerful filters, task tracking, real-time order management, and customer detail views—all in one clean interface. It enhances visibility, accelerates business processes, and empowers teams with actionable insights, reducing the need for manual coordination or switching tools.
