Overview
The Compliance Dashboard is a for legal and risk management teams to monitor, manage, and automate compliance-related activities. Designed during my internship at Onfinance AI, this dashboard simplifies document access, task tracking, and compliance reporting, helping teams stay audit-ready and efficient.
Role
I was responsible for end-to-end product design, from research and wireframing to building high-fidelity prototypes. I worked closely with stakeholders to define user needs, created the UI system and led usability testing to validate the experience.
Challenge
Compliance teams often juggle multiple tools and manual processes to track documents, tasks, and audits. This leads to inefficiencies, lack of real-time visibility, and scattered workflows. The challenge was to unify these fragmented processes into one dashboard without overwhelming users with complex data or controls.
Solution
The dashboard enables users to search and filter documents, assign and monitor tasks, view compliance status at a glance, and generate audit-ready reports. It brings structure and automation into compliance workflows, offering teams an intuitive way to collaborate and manage their regulatory responsibilities confidently.
